       Increase your physical activity

Regular physical activity is the key to treat various health issues. In cases of varicose veins, which are those diagnosed in early stages then physical activity is a good preventive measure. Don’t choose exercise which puts extra pressure on your legs. Running is not recommended if you are suffering from varicose veins because this can increase in swelling. The more you move, the faster your blood will circulate in your veins. Changes in your lifestyle can decrease the discomfort that varicose veins cause. You should avoid long periods of sitting or standing if you have an office job.
