· Hydrate

· Post work out stretching
Stretching will help you in cooling your body down and bringing it back to normal state, the way it was before you started the exercise. Stretching also helps in giving some relief from the cramps that follow the work out after few hours.
· Get enough sleep
Getting enough sleep at night will keep you energized during the day when you can do your exercise. It will also help in keeping your hormones at check which will take care of your mood and your eating habits. So get your eight hours of beauty sleep before heading to the gym.
